I have over 20 years of consulting and general management experience. I have been a general manager, including President of National Linen Service, a division of National Service Industries, and executive in several other businesses. I have also worked regularly as a consultant, both independently and with McKinsey & Company. I have experience across several industries, with particular emphasis on service, logistics and manufacturing businesses. I have started businesses from scratch, and helped small ones grow. I have worked in sales, operations and finance. I have an MBA from Harvard and am trained in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. But what I’m proudest of is my ability to work with people to improve their businesses.

  • Helped a food manufacturer develop internal performance benchmarks, assess operations and management, and identify, implement and track performance improvements.
  • Led the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma programs at a major manufacturing and distribution company.
